Areas We Hire For
Depending on client needs, roles may include:
Machine Learning Engineers building and deploying models in production
LLM / Generative AI Engineers working with RAG, agents, fine-tuning and prompt engineering
AI-focused Backend Engineers integrating AI into scalable products
Data Scientists working on analysis, experimentation and modelling
MLOps Engineers handling model pipelines, deployment and monitoring
What We Generally Look For
1+ years of industry experience in AI
Strong Python skills
Hands-on experience shipping ML or AI solutions to production
Familiarity with one or more of: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI or similar LLM APIs
Experience with cloud platforms and deployment
Very Good English communication skills for working with European teams
Nice to Have
NLP, computer vision, speech or time-series experience
Vector databases, data engineering or MLOps tooling
Experience working with international or remote teams
